Snow ice cream is a fun wintertime treat that's super easy and quick to make. Here's how to make ice cream using snow:
Ingredients:
- 1 c. milk
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- 8 c. clean snow or shaved ice
- Sprinkles
Instructions:
1. Whisk your ingredients (except for the snow) in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
2. Immediately stir the clean snow/shaved ice into your milk mixture, and keep adding snow until your mixture looks just like ice cream. It should be fluffy and the texture of ice cream.

3. Now you've got your own snow ice cream! Serve immediately or pop in the freezer because it melts quickly. Don't forget to top with sprinkles!

If you're worried about snow pollution, you can easily substitute shaved ice for the same result.
